November 18, 2017: Bellevue Parking Lot Mass Notification Testing
The UC Merced Police Department will be testing the campus-wide external public announcement system on Saturday, November 18, 2017 between 9 AM and 10 AM. This test ensures the system serving the new campus parking lot south of Bellevue Road is functional and integrates with the existing campus announcement system.
The messages will clearly indicate this is only a test. No action is required. In the event of a real emergency, specific instructions will be provided. For questions or comments, contact the Police Department at police@ucmerced.edu or 209-228-2677.
