Living and Learning Combined

The project includes 1,700 undergraduate beds distributed among four buildings and arranged in a mixed-use living and learning format featuring classrooms and student life facilities on the ground floor.

Each of the buildings uses glazed glass to create an identity that connects residential and academic functions. Smaller windows define bedroom areas, while larger expanses highlight shared social spaces and bring activity to the exterior.

The materials used for housing continue the pattern established on the existing campus, including stucco, glass, and concrete. In the wings of the buildings, contrasting colors support wayfinding, while exposed concrete columns highlight structural elements as exterior design features.
