Housing 1B is one of four buildings that will expand UC Merced's portfolio of on-campus housing.
As part of a busy summer of work, the development team has begun form work for the third floor of what will be a six floor student residential facility in the heart of the Merced 2020 campus expansion. Known as Housing 1B, the building is scheduled to open in Fall 2018 and will provide additional undergraduate residential housing.
